By making a reservation in the Living Lodges, you declare that you agree to these terms and conditions. Violation of these terms may result in fines and loss of the deposit.



Terms and conditions

Reservation and payment:



  • ​Reservations are subject to availability.
  • Payment of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Payment must be made within 7 days of booking.
  • Payment of the remaining amount (70%) will be requested 2 weeks prior to arrival.
  • We also accept payments via bank transfer. Please contact us at hello@livinglodges.be for this.

Arrival and departure:



  • ​Check-in is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out must be done by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Weekend rental (Friday to Sunday) and school holiday rental:



  • The Scandi Family Lodge and Designer Lodge are fully rented on weekends to a maximum of respectively 10 people and 8 people.
  • Rental is only available for a minimum of 2 nights. An additional night from Sunday to Monday can be booked at a reduced rate.
  • During school holidays, only the Scandi Family Lodge and Designer Lodge are available for reservation. Book for a minimum of 3 nights during holidays.

Week rental (Monday to Friday):



  • ​During the week, the Living Lodges are divided into two separate entities: the Lodge Small and the Studio.
  • Lodge Small features 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, separate toilet, and a seating area with television.
  • The Studio has a seating area with a fold-out double bed, kitchenette, and separate bathroom.

Cancellations:



Cost-free cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days, the deposit will be charged. If you cancel two days before arrival, we ask you to pay the full amount.

Deposit:



  • A deposit of 500 euros is required for the Lodge and Lodge Small. This deposit is for any damages and will be refunded within 7 days after departure, minus any costs for damages.
  • For the Studio, we ask for a deposit of 250 euros.
  • The deposit will be refunded as soon as no damages are found.

Tourist tax:



A tourist tax of €2 per person per night applies. The tourist tax must be paid upon check-in.

House rules:



  • Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
  • Noise should be minimized after 10:00 PM.
  • Guests are requested to leave the accommodation tidy upon departure.


PETS

Allowed pets:



Pets (dogs) are welcome in the Living Lodges. Only dogs of guests with a valid reservation are allowed. Pets are only allowed with our approval. For approval, please email us with the breed, photos, and your house rules at hello@livinglodges.be.


Upon departure, please ensure that there is NO trace left of your pet, for example, no more hair. The initial cleaning is done by the guests, then the cleaning crew comes for a standard cleaning procedure.

Extra cost for pets:



An additional fee is required for pet stays. The pet deposit is €25 per pet per night.

House rules for pets:



  • Pets are not allowed on furniture (sofas), beds, or other seating and sleeping accommodations in the Lodge Small and the Studio.
  • Pets must be leashed at all times when on the premises of the Living Lodge.
  • Pets must be taken outside the premises of the Living Lodge for their needs, and any waste must be immediately cleaned up.
  • In case of shedding, vacuuming will be done immediately to remove all hair.
  • The dog sleeps in its own crate.

Damage caused by pets:



The owner of the pet is responsible for any damage caused by the pet to the accommodation or furniture. If damage occurs, it will be deducted from the security deposit for the accommodation.
