• What do you need to know about the reservation?
  You book for at least 2 nights. When booking we ask for a 30% advance deposit.
  

• Are there any rules?
  We only rent to families and are quiet from 10pm for the neighbors. We smoke outside.
  

• Can I still cancel?
  You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
  

• What do I do with my waste?
  Sort and dispose of your waste at the end of your stay in the provided containers.
  

• Do we pay a deposit?
  Yes, we require a deposit of 500 or 250 euros,. We will gladly refund this to you after your stay.

• From when can we check in?
  Check-in is always possible from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.
  

• From when can we check out?
  Check-out must be before 12 p.m. on the day of departure.
  

• Where should we pick up the key?
  No key is needed with us. We work with an exclusive access code. You will receive this after payment of the remaining amount about 2 weeks before arrival.
  

• Where do we enter the code?
  When you descend the stairs at the vacation homes you will arrive at the front door. To the left of the door is a keypad where you can enter the access code. You need to enter the code every time you want to enter the house.
  

• Is there wifi in the cottages?
  Yes! It is completely free and the code can be found in your confirmation email.
  

• Is there a television?
  There is a television in the studio as well as in the Lodge.
  

• Is there a coffee machine available?
  No worries, you don't have to miss your morning coffee in Durbuy. It's best to provide your own coffee pods for the machine.
  

• Are towels and bed linen provided?
  Yes! These are all from the brands we sell at Livingdesign. Dream away under Suite702 comforter covers and enjoy a touch of luxury with Bongusta towels.
  

• Is there a barbecue available?
  There is an outdoor oven and outdoor oven XL that you can use to bake pizza, barbecue or make casseroles. Can also be used in winter as a fireplace.

• Is there a swimming pool available?
  There is no swimming pool on the property itself. There is a community pool at the end of the street. Available from mid-June to mid-September. The badge is in the cutlery drawer. There is a Dutchtub in which you can cozy up.
  

• What is a Dutchtub?
  A Dutchtub is actually a hot tub. It is a warm outdoor pool that is heated to 38°C with an internal or external wood stove. Dutchtubs provide seating for 4 people. Combined with drinks, the Dutchtub is a cozy place for an evening with friends.
  

• How does a Dutchtub work?
  There is no electricity involved in heating the Dutchtub because the water is heated naturally with wood. Since the Dutchtub is a wood-fired hot tub, you replenish the wood and light the fire. Wood is provided in the little cellar at the bottom of the Lodges. Wait a while for the water to warm up, then the Dutchtub is ready for use.

• Are pets allowed?
  ​ There is an additional charge for the stay of pets. The cost for pets is €15 per pet/night .
  

• Is there parking available?
  Parking is available along the roadside and is completely free. There is space for a maximum of 2 cars per vacation home.
  

• Is there a charging station for electric cars?
  There are no charging stations for electric cars at our cottages, but there is a charging station 10 minutes walk from our cottages.
  

• Is there a train station nearby?
  The train station of Barvaux is a 5-minute drive from the cottages.
